Week 2 meal plan: part-time vegetarian
This weeks plan leans a little on the veggie side, but all dishes are delicious and some of my favourite recipes don't use meat. Thats not to say you can add some poultry if you wanted too. But actually these dishes hold there own.
With a half marathon planned at the end of this week I am looking to keep us on our best behaviour food wise and instead of a naughty takeaway a homemade version of Katsu Curry is:
- Still yummy, don't know it until you've tried it (I promise)
- Not half as much sugar and salt you'd get on a takeout or at a restaurant
- So quick to make it would beat your local deliver on waiting times anyhow 100% worth a try.
