Weekly Meal plan 12
So the countdown is well and truly on for our summer holidays and I am looking to make the most of the next few weeks eating well portioned healthy, but delicious dinners.
Again no weeks are the same, however in the up and coming weeks am hoping to go part time vegetarian in prep for hols, so will change the dishes accordingly:
Halloumi grill including mushrooms, spinach and roasted tomatoes (the obsessions with breakfast for dinner continues)
Chicken puff pastry pie
Tuba Nicoise Salad
Homemade takeaway - Southern Fried Chicken
